How to Rent ?

Booking Procedure

You let us know that you would like to book, and then we provisionally reserve your dates.

You send a deposit of 35% of the rental cost into our bank account.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we send you your booking confirmation. 

The remaining rental balance and cost of any extra services you require are charged on your arrival (in cash). 

A breakage deposit equivalent to 200 GBP is charged on arrival and refunded upon the satisfactory property inspection before departure. 

All payments can be made in GBP, Euro, USD or Turkish Lira.

The check-in time is 15:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am. We will try to be as flexible as possible, unless there are new guests arriving nearer the time.
